Book Directly

I offer private therapy sessions for adults, children and young people. You don’t need a referral, just reach out when you're ready. We'll arrange an initial conversation to explore what’s going on and how I can support you.

Using Your Insurance

I’m registered with a number of leading insurance providers. If you have cover, you may be able to access therapy sessions through your policy. Check with your insurer first, then get in touch to discuss next steps.

What to Expect
Step By Step

Step 1: Let’s Talk

Contact me via phone or email to arrange your free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance to talk briefly about the difficulties that you are experiencing and talk through any questions or worries you have about starting therapy.

Step 2: Initial Assessment

We will schedule a full online assessment session where we will make sense of your current difficulties and identify your goals of therapy to create a personalised treatment plan together.

Step 3: Begin Treatment

Once we’ve agreed on a plan, we will begin your online sessions. These are usually weekly and last 50 minutes. Most people attend between 6 and 24 sessions, depending on their individual needs, this is always something we will decide together.

Let’s Work Through This Together

If you or someone you care about is feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or disconnected, you're not alone.

You may be experiencing self-critical thoughts, hearing voices, feeling paranoid, or noticing urges to withdraw from life. These experiences can be distressing but with the right support, things can change.
Please get in touch to begin working together toward a way forward that supports your wellbeing and recovery.
